A. Our field crews have 3–7 years of hands-on experience in MDU fiber installations — including risers, stubs, splicing, and drops. We don’t send trainees to your job site.

A. We specialize in existing, occupied MDUs — including retrofit installs through existing chases and utility spaces. We also support new construction where needed.

A. Yes – We deliver all onboarding docs within 24 hours: COI with your company listed, W9, FEIN, and vendor packet if needed. We're ready for compliance.

A. We handle both — whether it’s a full riser + apartment drops or just one part of the build. We also install stubs and prep for future tenant wiring.

A. Yes. We provide fusion splicing, OTDR/Light Source testing, and clean labeling. Full documentation is included unless requested otherwise.
